February/March 2024: Mel Waters

Mel Waters (Painter):  Mel has been drawn to art for as long as he can remember.

His earliest artistic influences were cartoons and comic books. Later, 90’s graffiti, hip hop culture and growing up in San Francisco, inspired and propelled him down the path he continues on today.
