Multimedia artist and author, Geloy Concepcion, spends the afternoon at Black Bird for a book signing of his latest Things You Wanted to Say But Never Did.

With Things You Wanted To Say But Never Did Filipino artist Geloy Concepcion started a collective project that gives new life to discarded images exposing our most intimate thoughts, fears and hopes, creating some of the most powerful images on Instagram.

What are the things you wanted to say but never did? Geloy asked this introspective question on Instagram and paired the responses with his provocative art. Things You Wanted to Say But Never Did is a thought-provoking guided journal full of those admissions, photos, and original writing prompts that remind us that we are not alone.

Geloy Concepcion is a photographer and artist born and raised in Pandacan, Manila whose art has been exhibited internationally. A graduate of the University of Santo Tomas College of Fine Arts and Design, his work was included in the 2016 Pride Photo Awards and the 2017 Human Rights Arts and Film Festival.
