Local superstar Nina Lacour hosts a Special Storytime in support of her new illustrated book My Friend, Loonie. Hailed for its tactful approach to introducing concepts of grief and sadness, her new book comes on the heels of previous title Mama and Mommy and Me in the Middle, which brought LaCour to Black Bird in 2022.
